Optimized inlet design ensures more stable airflow. The average downward laminar airflow velocity is maintained at 0.45 m/s ±10%, which exceeds the GMP 2010 Grade A requirement of 0.45 m/s ±20%.

Optimized return air channel design provides a more uniform airflow pattern. Third-party professional airflow testing was conducted, including a static 6-point full-coverage test within a 1 m² chamber and a dynamic test at the operation position. All test points met the required standards.

Through optimized connector and air-tight sealing designs, along with a well-planned filter system layout, the internal chamber maintains a pressure of ≥ -20 Pa. Under this condition, particle counts were:
