The radiopharmaceutical production line by Mortenon Smart is China's first integrated, fully automated large-scale production line for radiolabeling and radiosynthesis of therapeutic nuclear medicine. With a [¹⁷⁷Lu]-radiopharmaceutical production capacity of 100 vials/batch, it comprises hot cells for radiosynthesis, dose-filling, as well as visual inspection and packaging. It is equipped with functions of radionuclide extraction, radiolabeling and radiosynthesis, formulation mixing, aseptic filling and capping, visual inspection/leak testing, and labeling & packaging. All functions are conducted in a fully automated, assembly-line manner.
